In this naruto ova 3 special, Tsunade, the fifth hokage of hidden left village is holding a fighting contest which are different from the past. This contest has attracts almost all genin in the village to participate because they have the chance to defeat the jounin. This arena features the battle of Genin againsts Jounin. The most interesting part about it is Naruto – the Genin has the chance to fight his master or sensei, kakashi. Kakashi has become one of the most targeted rival for Naruto Uzumaki.

Kakashi laughs at Naruto about defeating him and tell him there is no way he can beat Kakashi since he is Naruto sensei. Others Genin participants like Gaara, Temaki and Kankuro from the hidden sand village also join in the contest except Shikamaru. He is still the lazy pig and give excuse to rest. Meanwhile, Naruto notices few battles are going like Sakura fighting with Ino, Gaara is fighting Izumo (the person always carries Tsunades books around) but Jiraiya is peeping at girls on top of the rooftop while Naruto spoilt his day!
